David Wilson is a singer/songwriter from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He began playing guitar, singing and writing songs at the age of 15. When David was 16,he began playing gigs in local establishments with his brother, Matt, and the two formed the band Bailey Park. Bailey Park is fronted by David and Matt Wilson withDavid on the guitar, Matt on the piano, and the both of them harmonizing on lead vocals. Mike Cunningham has recently been added to Bailey Park on acoustic guitar,bass, and vocals. David loves to play acoustically in small settings, and with a fullband in larger settings.
Since David has been with Bailey Park he has performed at venues such as the Hard Rock Café in Pittsburgh, PA and the Clarksburg Amphitheater in Clarksburg, WV. David has also opened for several national acts with Bailey Park including Kansas, The Tim Reynolds Trio (TR3), and Sister Hazel. David has also opened for Bess Rogers as a solo act. David loves to write music and lyrics and is influenced by artists such as Dave Matthews, Ryan Adams, James Taylor,Iron and Wine, Neil Young, and Justin Townes Earle. David is now 21 years old and is a student at Point Park University with a major in Sport, Art, Entertainment Management and a minor in music.
