Becoming a big brother or sister is a major event in the life of a child. The Siblings Class – which is geared for children 3 to 7 years of age – helps siblings welcome a new brother or sister to the family, while also learning important information about newborns. Children have the opportunity to practice holding and diapering a “baby”. The class includes storytelling, a child-based project and a visit to the Family Birth Center.
