1 Killed In Double Shooting Thursday: Philadelphia Police
A 51-year-old man was fatally shot, and a 34-year-old man was also shot Thursday morning in the Kensington area, police said.
PHILADELPHIA — A double shooting Thursday morning in Philadelphia left one man dead and another hurt. Authorities are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in connection with the deadly shooting.
According to police, the shooting occurred at about 11:07 a.m. on the 100 block of East Somerset Street.
Shot were two men, one 51 years old and the other 34.

The 51-year-old man was shot once in the chest and once in the right leg. He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:27 a.m.
Police said the 34-year-old man was shot once in his left shoulder and is in stable condition at Temple University Hospital.

No arrests have been made, and no weapons have been recovered.
