A man in his 50s died after being shot in the head multiple times early Monday morning in West Philadelphia, according to reports.
PHILADELPHIA — A man died after being shot in the head Monday morning in West Philadelphia.
The shooting occurred at about 4:30 a.m. Monday on the 5000 block of Westminster Avenue, Action News reports.
Police who were called to the area found a man believed to be in his fifties suffering from gunshot wounds to his head, according to Fox 29.

No arrests have been made, and no weapons were found.
