The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today in Philadelphia.

Hey, neighbors! I'm back with your fresh copy of the Philadelphia Daily. Come along to find out the most important things going on in town these days, including updates on...
- 10 p.m. comes really quick in the summer time! That's Philly's new teen curfew.
- An arsonist who firebombed off student housing at Temple University has been arrested.
- Philadelphia comes in second for the rat race.
But first, today's weather:
Sunny to partly cloudy. High: 49 Low: 39.
Here are the top three stories in Philadelphia today:
- Philadelphia City Council voted on Thursday to make the summertime curfew for teens a permanent city fixture. The bill would require any children between the ages of 14 and 17 to be inside by 10 p.m., and those 13 and younger to head indoors by 9:30 p.m. Exceptions would be granted for teenagers traveling to or from work, and any accompanied by a parent. - An arrest was made after a person was caught on video firebombing an off-campus apartment with Temple University students inside. A school spokesperson confirmed that a Temple University Police detective found the suspect Thursday morning. Home security video shows the suspect tossing a firebomb into a home along the 2000 block of North Cleveland Street early in the morning on November 15. None of the four students inside the home were injured. (nbcphiladelphia.com)
- Rats! Philadelphia has been found to be the second most rodent-infested city in the whole country. A 2021 American Housing Survey ranked major cities which had the most rodent sightings inside homes. Philadelphia took the number two spot with nearly 20 percent of households reporting rodents. And in a payback for beating them in the Superbowl, Boston came in at number one with nearly 22 percent. (PennLive)
