PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are investigating a Thursday morning shooting, during which more than a dozen shots were reportedly fired.
The shooting occurred at about 5:10 p.m. on the 2100 block of East Westmoreland Street, Fox 29 reports.
According to Action News, one person was being treated at the scene of the shooting.
