Here are the top three stories today in Philadelphia:

  1. Three gunmen are on the loose after shooting and killing a 15-year-old on Monday afternoon. Police were called to the 6100 block of Algon Avenue in the northeast section of the city and found the teen shot ten times in the legs and torso. Residents and security cameras show the teen, a student at Kensington High Scchool, being chased by the gunmen, tripping and falling and then being shot and killed. (6abc Philadelphia)
  2. In a 344-08 vote, The Temple University Graduate Students Association (TUGSA), reached a tentative agreement after a six-week strike. It was on January 31 when TUGSA's 750 members began striking after working more than a year with no agreement or negotiations. These undergraduate students work as professors' assistants and teach core courses. (inquirer.com)
  3. Jason Kelce, the popular center for the Philadelphia Eagles will be returning for the 23-24 season. After playing in the Super Bowl (and losing to his brother and the KC Chiefs) and having his third daughter born a few days after the big game, there was much speculation on whether he would continue playing in the NFL.
