19-Year-Old Charged In Deadly Philadelphia Crash
Dylan Urbanowski, 19, of Montgomery County, is accused of causing a crash that killed two others while he was under the influence.

PHILADELPHIA — A 20-year-old Montgomery County man has been charged with homicide by vehicle while DUI and related charges in connection with a June 1 crash in Philadelphia that killed two people and hurt two others, police said.
Dylan Urbanowski, 19, of Willow Grove, turned himself in to Philadelphia Police Friday morning after an arrest warrant was issued.
Urbanowski faces charges of homicide by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault while DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle, accidents involving death, driving without a license, involuntary manslaughter, recklessly endangering another person, and related crimes.

At about 10:35 p.m. June 1, a two-vehicle crash occurred on the 1600 block of Grant Avenue.
Police said a vehicle driven by Urbanowski with four passengers in it was speeding west on Grant Avenue.

Urbanowski lost control and the vehicle slid sideways, crossing over into the eastbound lanes where it hit another vehicle going in the opposite direction, police said.
Urbanowski and the four passengers — Michael Jacoby, Sebastian Plummer, William Eddis, and William Johnson — were ejected from the vehicle, according to police.
All four were taken to hospitals. Jacoby and Plummer, both 18, of Philadelphia, died as a result of the crash.
Urbanowski arraignment for bail is pending as of Friday afternoon.
