Here are the top three stories today in Philadelphia:

  1. Tw0 Pennsylvania State Police Troopers and a pedestrian were killed in a crash on I-95 in South Philadelphia early Monday morning. Troopers Martin F. Mack and Branden T. Sisca were taking a man into custody near the sports complex when they were all struck by a vehicle traveling at high speeds. There is currently a DUI investigation underway for the driver. (CBS Philly)
  2. Two boys caused $60K in damages to Philadelphia school buses. On Sunday, an 11-year-old and a 12-year-old boy were found in the bus yard intentionally damaging the buses. The boys were taken into custody. (WPVI-TV)
  3. The Philadelphia Flower Show is preparing for another year of summer sun as it will once again be outdoors. Last year, the flower show moved to FDR Park due to the pandemic. Because of its popularity, the show will once again be at FDR Park as opposed to its normal location, the Philadelphia Convention Center. The show will be held from Jun. 11 to Jun. 19.
