2019 Philadelphia Flower Show: What You Need To Know

The Philadelphia Flower Show is set to wow attendees with flowers, plants, and all kinds of greenery March 2 through March 10.

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Flower Show is all set to dazzle with flowers, plants, and all kinds of greenery to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and we have all the details you need to make the most of the event.

The show will run from Saturday, March 2 through Sunday, March 10 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, located at 12th and Arch streets in Philadelphia.

  • Saturday, March 2 — 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 3 — 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Monday, March 4 through Friday, March 8 — 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 9 — 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 10 — 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Member's Preview Hours are below:

  • Friday, March 1 — noon to 3:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 2 — 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Tickets range from $17 to $38. Discounted advance tickets are available through March 1. Regular pricing goes into effect March 2 through March 10.

The Box Office — including Will Call, Membership and Group Sales — is located at the convention center's West Entrance at 12th & Arch Streets. The Box Office and Will Call opens 30 minutes before the Show opens and closes one hour before the Show closes. Day-of-Show tickets may be purchased at the Box Office.

The Flower Show is a big event with many exhibitors. Luckily, organizers put together a map of the show's floor plan to help attendees find their way around the show. Check out the map here.

This year, the show will feature products from Pennsylvania's Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores, with celebrity chef and Food Network Robert Irivne present his line of Boardroom Spirits with an exclusive bottle signing on:

  • Saturday, March 9 — 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 10 — 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

In addition, President and Distiller of Limestone Branch Distillery and founding member of the Kentucky Craft Bourbon Trail, Steve Beam, will present his line of fine bourbon during tasting hours with an exclusive bottle signing from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday, March 7 and Friday, March 8.

The Flowers After Hours 21 and up event will be held from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2.

The Beatles tribute band, The Beat-Tells, and DJ Robert Drake will perform tunes all night at the party.

WXPN, the Franklin Institute, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Young Involved Philadelphia, and Indego will host flower power-inspired games and programs.

The party includes a cash bar and liquor tastings, including Baileys Strawberry & Cream (served over ice cream), Ketel One Botanicals cocktails, and more.

Tickets are $75 in advance and $85 at the door; admission includes exclusive access to the Philadelphia Flower Show exhibits after the show has closed to the public.
