3 Arrested In Connection With 3 Separate June Killings: Philly Police
Arrested and charged with murder and related crimes for the June killings are Talil Parker, 27, Quader Moore, 21, and Ramon Rodriguez.
PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia Police said they have made arrests in three separate deaths that all occurred in June.
Arrested and charged with murder are Talil Parker, 27, Quader Moore, 21, and Ramon Rodriguez, Philadelphia Police said.
Parker was charged in connection with a June 10 incident on the 700 block of East Ontario Street.

Police were called there at about 11:03 p.m. for a report of a person with a gun. When on scene, officers located the victim, 27-year-old Joel Colon-Cruz, inside the Kitchen Express Chinese Restaurant suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso.
He was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:09 p.m.

Authorities said Colon-Cruz was inside the restaurant when someone wearing a mask and gloves came into the business and began shooting the victim.
On Wednesday, detectives were able to obtain approved charges of murder and related offenses against Parker in the death of Colon Cruz. Parker is in custody for parole violations.
Moore's case begins with a June 16 wellness check on the 2600 block of North 17th Street, during which Tianna Wells was found bleeding from a cut on her neck.
Police were called to the area at about 10:11 a.m. and when they arrived were met by the Wells's family members, who had gained access to her second floor, rear apartment.
Officers found Wells lying on the floor, bleeding from a cut to her neck. She was subsequently pronounced dead on location at 10:43 a.m.
After an extensive investigation, authorities secured an arrest warrant for Moore, charging him with murder and related offenses in the death of Wells. Moore was apprehended Wednesday on the 5900 block of North. Fifth Street.
Lastly, Rodriguez is accused of fatally shooting Nicholas Delgado at about 7:54 p.m. June 3 on the 3000 block of Water Street.
Officers were called to the area for a report of a person with a gun and found Delgado suffering from a gunshot wound to his right leg. He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he died at 8:41 p.m.
The suspect was identified as Rodriguez and on Wednesday officers were working in the area of 3200 of N. Phillip St. where they saw Rodriguez inside the location. Rodriguez fled on to a rooftop to the rear of 200 W. Allegheny Ave. where he was taken into custody without further incident.
