3 In Custody After Man Fatally Shot In Head: Philadelphia Police
A 40-year-old man is dead after being shot in the head twice Tuesday evening in Philly. Police said three people were taken into custody.
PHILADELPHIA — A man is dead after being shot in the head twice Tuesday evening, Philadelphia Police said.
The shooting occurred at about 5:07 p.m. on the 3300 block of H Street.
A 40-year-old man was shot twice in the head at that time and location.

He was taken to Temple Hospital by police, where he was pronounced deceased at 5:35 p.m.
Three people of interest were taken into custody, and several firearms were found, police said.
