3 Missing Persons Sought By Philadelphia Police

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help locating three people who recently were reported missing.

Kalena Ryant, 53

Ryant was last seen June 21 on the 200 block of South 44th Street, police said. Ryant is a Black female who is 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Albert Hampton, 88

Hampton was last seen around 3:30 p.m. Monday near the area of Germantown Avenue and School House Lane, police said. Hampton is a Black male who is 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 131 pounds. He has brown eyes.

Hampton was last seen wearing a blue hat, blue shirt, blue jeans and brown shoes.

Gary Mettaway, 65

Mettaway was last seen around 6 p.m. Friday in the 2400 block of Penrose Avenue, police said. Authorities are also considering him endangered.

Mettaway is a Black male who is approximately 6-feet 1-inch tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has graying black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black sweatpants and burgundy Chuck Taylor sneakers. He was carrying a beige bag and Wawa bag, police said.
