PHILADELPHIA — The Northeast Philadelphia Walmart recently sold a scratch-off lottery ticket that's good for $3 million.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, the Walmart at 9745 Roosevelt Boulevard sold a $3 million-winning $3,000,000 Payout Scratch-Off.
Walmart earns a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
