7 Charged In New Year's Eve Vandalism Of Philly Federal Buildings
They are accused of vandalizing the U.S. Customs House, the Robert Nix Federal Building, and the Federal Detention Center on New Year's Eve.
PHILADELPHIA — Seven people are facing charges in connection with vandalism at three federal government buildings in Philadelphia on New Year's Eve, according to court documents and reports.
Court records show charged have been filed against Adam McVicker, 25, of Coatesville; Allison Donohue, 23, of Wallingford; and Josey Augustine, 31, of Royersford; Dustin Callahan, 24, of Farmingdale, N.J; Jacob Robotin, 25, of Willow Grove; Sydney Miller, 22, of Philadelphia; and Meredith Tooker, 26, of Philadelphia.
McVicke, Donohue, Augustine, and Callahan have been charged with criminal mischief, possession of an instrument of crime, and conspiracy, according to court documents.

Robotin, Miller, and Tooker are charged with more crimes, including arson, risking catastrophe, having an incendiary device, conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person, and related crimes, court records show.
McVicke, Donohue, Augustine, and Callahan were released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Tooker was also released on $75,000 unsecured bail. Robotin and Miller were released after posting 10 percent of $75,000 bail.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the group is accused of vandalizing the U.S. Customs House, the Robert Nix Federal Building, and the Federal Detention Center on New Year's Eve.
The detention center was vandalized with antifa related graffiti and a police van was spray-painted with "ACAB," which stands for "all cops are bastards," on a sheriff's van.
Police told Action News that they found Molotov cocktails and other unidentified devices.
Robotin, Miller, and Tooker have preliminary hearing scheduled for Jan. 19. Preliminary hearings for McVicke, Donohue, Augustine, and Callahan are scheduled for Feb. 1.
