911 Audio, Video Details Crash That Killed 2 PA State Troopers
Cameras also captured the moment Reyes Rivera Oliveras and Pennsylvania State Police Troopers Martin Mack and Branden Sisca were struck.

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Audio and video footage of the recent fatal crash on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia has been released, revealing further details on the deadly incident that killed two Pennsylvania State Police Troopers and a pedestrian.
NBC10 reported the audio of the 911 dispatch call provides real-time response to the 12:45 a.m. Monday crash on Interstate 95 south that took the lives of Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, and Pennsylvania State Police Troopers Martin Mack, 33, and Branden Sisca, 29.
"Looking at at least three down, uh, one trooper, two troopers down," the audio reportedly says.

The outlet also reports the audio includes the moments Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, of Eagleville, was taken into custody.
Webb is charged with numerous crimes, including third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, and second-degree manslaughter of a law enforcement officer.

In addition to the audio, Fox 20 reports cameras on Lincoln Financial Field caught the whole incident on video.
Dashboard camera footage from Mack and Sisca's vehicle showed they stopped Webb before the crash, but the traffic stop lasted less than a minute before they were sent to address Oliveras walking on the highway.
When they were trying to get Oliveras into their vehicle, another vehicle sped up to the scene and struck the three, sending Mack and Sisca over the median and onto the northbound lanes of I-95.
When backup arrived, troopers found witnesses giving CPR to the victims, but they were pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said Webb remained at the scene after the crash.
Gov. Tom Wolf ordered the commonwealth flag to fly at half staff on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings, and grounds.
Mack enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police in November 2014 and graduated as a member of the 141st cadet class. Sisca enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police in February 2021 and graduated as a member of the 161st cadet class.
Both troopers spent their entire careers assigned to the Patrol Section of Troop K, Philadelphia.
Mack, a resident of Bristol in Bucks County, left behind a wife and two children. Sisca, who served as the chief of the Trappe Fire Company No. 1 in Trappe Borough, is the son of Craig Sisca, a 10-year member of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. He's survived by his wife, who is expecting a child.
Webb was denied bail and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 5.
