Abduction Incident In Philadelphia Under Investigation

PHILADELPHIA — Special victims unit investigators in Philadelphia are asking for help as they look into a potential abduction incident.
Authorities got a report of a woman's abduction that occurred at Broad Street and Girard Avenue at about 2:25 a.m. Wednesday.
Cameras in the area captured the incident.

But, police said a victim has not been identified and that a better description of the parties involved has not been determined.
Police said the suspects are two black men who were in an electric blue 2006 to 2010 Honda Civic four-door sedan with a broken driver-side brake light, and tinted windows that last seen operating without headlights on.
