PHILADELPHIA — Search efforts resumed Thursday for a man who went missing after entering the Delaware River, according to Philadelphia Police.
Officers were called just before 7 p.m. to 101 S Christopher Columbus Blvd., at Penn's Landing. They were told a 37-year-old man entered the water and never resurfaced.
It's unclear whether he entered the river on purpose or by accident.
Authorities searched the water that night but found no sign of him. The search resumed Thursday morning.
