Blair County Prison Escapee May Be In Philadelphia: Feds
Isaiah Robert Tilghman, of Philadelphia, may be in the city after escaping the Blair County Prison and stealing a vehicle, authorities said.

PHILADELPHIA — The U.S. Marshals Service said an escaped inmate from a Blair County prison may be in Philadelphia.
Authorities said Isaiah Robert Tilghman, 33, escaped from custody at the Blair County Prison on Sunday. Tilghman, of Philadelphia, was incarcerated on drug charges and state parole violations when he escaped.
The U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force Wednesday found a license plate that was previously on a vehicle believed to be stolen by Tilghman in Blair County

Investigators found the license plate, ZNR-9945, at 1:30 Wednesday on the 3500 block of Belgrade Street in Philadelphia. The plate was on a red Ford F-150 that was similar to the red 2011 Ford F-150 stolen by Tilghman.

A Pennsylvania license plate reading ZKA-1062 was taken from the Ford-150 on Belgrade street, and investigators said Tilghman likely switched the plates on or around Tuesday morning.

Tilghman is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weights about 160 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and multiple tattoos on both arms.

His last known address was in the 6200 block of Dickens Avenue in Philadelphia.
"This fugitive task force in now working two simultaneous escape investigations,” said Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark. "We continue to ask the public for any tips relating to Gino Hagenkotter and Isaiah Tilghman."
