Sweat and Sculpt is bringing its largest women’s fitness and wellness event yet to WSFS Sportsplex this spring. Founded by fitness leader Jacklyn Romano, this high energy experience will welcome hundreds of attendees for a morning centered on movement, recovery, and community connection.

Each ticket includes a 50 minute signature Pilates workout, a custom Sweat and Sculpt active set shipped to attendees prior to the event, wellness activations such as B12 shots, acupuncture, and cold plunge recovery, plus food and beverage offerings and post class networking with brand partners.

Featured vendors include Body and Beauty Lab, CallieCo Paints, Five Point Wellness, SWEAT HAUZ, Red Bull, and Chickie’s and Pete’s.
