Join for this special edition of Independence Historical Trust’s Doughnuts + Dogs program — there’s nothing cuter than a pup in a costume, unless of course it’s a pup in a costume becoming a B.A.R.K. Ranger!!! Howl-o-ween is a chance for pet owners and their dogs to socialize with other folks and pets who love the National Park. The morning events will be held in the garden next to the Pemberton building off Chestnut Street. During this event, your dog will have the opportunity to take the oath and become an official B.A.R.K. Ranger at Independence National Historical Park.
