How it originated is the great question.
Us, in and of the elements;
What we mine, what mines us;
What we lose, what we throw away, born on the wind;
Stories we unknowingly tell: giving, taking, discarding. Song.
The fossil record will tell what happened. If not, it didn’t happen.
Being discovered had diminished to being burned.
