Boy Missing After Being Given To Father Oct 2: Philadelphia Police
Police said Stephen Childs III, 4, was last seen when he was given to his father on Oct. 2 as part of a shared custody court order.

PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia said a young child has been missing since early October, when he was given to his father as part of a shared custody arrangement.
According to police, Stephen Childs III, 4, was last seen at about 1:09 p.m. Oct. 2 on the 2700 block of Federal Street.
The boy was given to his father, 49-year-old Stephen Childs, in compliance with a shared custody order at that date and time.

Police said the child has not been returned.
Stephen Childs could be operating a red 2007 Suzuki with a Pennsylvania license plate reading JKF-2510, police said.

Stephen Childs III is 3 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
