The PFD has announced funeral arrangements for Fire Lt. Terrence Gordon, who passed away Oct. 2 after battling an illness contracted in the line of duty.

He joined the PFD in 1996 and was promoted to Lieutenant in 2006. Over his 25-year career, Lt. Gordon served with companies across the city, including several years each in Logan, Brewerytown and Strawberry Mansion. He was most recently assigned to Ladder 14 in Strawberry Mansion.

Arrangements are as follows:

Monday, Oct. 11 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Deliverance Evangelistic Church
2001 W. Lehigh Ave., Philadelphia

Procession
Tuesday, Oct. 12
Departs at approximately 8:30 a.m. from Engine 45/Ladder 14 at 26th & York
Proceeds north on 26th to Lehigh, turning right on Lehigh to the church
