Dave & Buster's on Christopher Columbus Boulevard could become apartments. But if that does happen, it won't be for some time.
That's according to a new report from Philly.com that expands on what could happen to the recently-purchased four piers on the Delaware River.
The outlet reports New York's The Durst Organization bought the properties to the tune of $21.4 million in March and want to make the most of the lot they added to their growing number of acres in their holdings.

Housing is a goal for the developer, but discussions are very preliminary.
However the Dave & Buster's location is set to have its lease expire in 2020, with the outlet reporting the The Durst Organization is eyeing that space for apartments.
