Coyote Caught In South Philadelphia Thursday Morning: Reports
Police wrangled the coyote in South Philadelphia after it reportedly made its way through the city Thursday morning.

PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia Police took a unlikely perp into custody Thursday morning: a coyote.
According to Fox 29, officers wrangled the coyote Thursday in a parking lot at 16th and Montrose Streets.
Police were called to the area at about 6 a.m. Thursday after residents spotted the coyote making its way though the city; going from 6th and Spring Garden then to Penn's Landing before ending up in Graduate Hospital where it was caught, Action News reports.

No one was injured as officers worked to corral the animal, according to CBS Philadelphia.
The coyote has been reportedly released at an environmental center.

Earlier this week 15th District Police wrangled a coyote.
Patch has reached out to the Pennsylvania Game Commission and will update the story when additional details are made available.
