The Eagles Battle Their Archrivals, The Dallas Cowboys, On Monday Night Football Tonight
One of football's big rivalries takes center stage on national television Monday night.

PHILADLEPHIA, PA — Eyes across America will be on the Birds tonight, as the Eagles face off against their arch nemesis, the Dallas Cowboys, on Monday Night Football.
The early season matchup on national television will not only serve to reignite a long simmering rivalry, but it will also grant the winner sole possession of first place in the NFC East.
The Eagles are coming off of a tough Week 2 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, 17-11. Despite the loss and a litany of close calls and missed chances, the Birds played well overall and find themselves heading into Week 3 looking like a more competitive squad than many preseason predictions had called for.
