Eagles Value Climbs More Than $1 Billion To $4.9 Billion: Forbes
The Eagles astronomical jump keeps them as one of the 10 most valuable teams in the NFL, according to Forbes.

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Eagles have soared more than $1 billion in value and maintain their positioning as one of the 10 most valuable franchises in the National Football League, according to a new study from Forbes.
The financial magazine's annual NFL valuations place the Eagles as the 10th most valuable team in the league, slipping just one place from the past two years, when they were 9th (they were also 10th in 2019). Their value has boomed from $3.05 billion in 2019 to $3.4 billion in 2020 to $3.8 billion in 2021, and now to $4.9 billion in 2022.
Far ahead of the pack is the Dallas Cowboys, valued at $8 billion in 2022, followed by the New England Patriots at $6.4 billion and Los Angeles Rams at $6.2 billion.

The Birds' total revenue last year was $547 million, the report finds, with $258 million in player expenses and a $33 revenue-per-fan ratio.
After reaching the playoffs with a retooled roster and coaching staff in 2021, the Birds will hope to keep the magic going in 2022 with a more seasoned Jalen Hurts at the helm and head coach Nick Sirianni on the sidelines. An offseason deal for star wideout A.J. Brown has most analysts seeing the Eagles as a surefire playoff team again.
