Eastbound I-676 Between I-76, I-95 Reopens After Historic Flooding From Ida's Remnants

Earlier Saturday morning, Interstate I-676 between I-95 and Broad Street opened in both directions.

Portions of Philadelphia’s Interstate I-676 have reopened after remnants from Ida brought historic flooding to the region and forced the roadway to close Thursday. Now, the entire length of eastbound I-676 between I-76 and I-95 reopened in Center City, PennDOT announced on Saturday.

Earlier Saturday morning, Interstate I-676 between I-95 and Broad Street opened in both directions.

The westbound lanes reopened shortly after 8 a.m. Saturday. Eastbound lanes of I-676, between Broad Street and I-95, had previously reopened on Thursday.
