PHILADELPHIA — Vandals targeted the statue of former Philadelphia Mayor and police commissioner Frank Rizzo over the weekend, this time calling the controversial mayor a fascist, according to multiple reports.
The statue, located at Municipal Building in Center City, had the word "fascist" painted on it over the weekend, Action News reports.
According to CBS Philadelphia, police were unaware of the vandalism until the news outlet contacted them.
