Fatal Hit And Run Vehicle Sought: Philadelphia Police
A white Jeep Wrangler stuck and killed a pedestrian over the weekend and police need help identifying and locating the vehicle.

PHILADELPHIA – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle Sunday, Aug. 6 in Philadelphia, police said.
The incident occurred at about 3:20 a.m. on the 1300 block of Race Street, police said.
The victim was walking in the middle of the road when she were struck by a white, four-door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, which was heading east on Race Street, police said.

The victim, identified as 53-year-old Ann P. Broderick of the 2600 block of Coral Street, was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital and pronounced dead at 3:49 a.m., police said.
Police said the Jeep fled the scene and was last seen heading east on Race Street from Broad street. Police said the Jeep should have front end damage.

The vehicle has a white top, large tires, and a spare tire attached to the rear of the vehicle.
The Philadelphia Police Department's Accident Investigation Division is investigating the fatal hit and run.
