Get Free Rides From NRG Station Saturday For Sixers-Thunder Game

SEPTA and Dunkin' are partnering again to give 76ers fans free rides on the northbound Broad Street Line after the Sixers-Thunder game.

PHILADELPHIA — SEPTA and Dunkin' are again teaming up to give 76ers fans free rides home from NRG Station on Saturday, Jan. 19 when the Sixers take on the Oklahoma City Thunder

Fans can get free rides on the Broad Street line from the stadiums all day Saturday.

SEPTA will supplement regularly scheduled service on the Broad Street Line for the Sixers-Thunder game tipping off at 3:30 p.m. with three local trains leaving at 2:28 p.m.; 2:38 p.m.; and 2:48 p.m. Fans will also find Local and Express trains waiting for them at NRG Station after the game.

The Broad Street Line provides convenient service to Eagles games and other big events for riders throughout the region.

There is a free transfer to the Broad Street Line from the Market-Frankford Line and City Trolley routes at 15th Street/City Hall, and it is just a short walk from Regional Rail stations in Center City.

The Broad Street Line also connects to bus routes that provide service throughout the city and region, and it is easily accessible from the PATCO High Speed Line for riders from South Jersey.

Along with offering free rides, the Dunkin’ Cruiser will be on-site giving sample of Dunkin’s new holiday hot and iced coffees, as well as their new espresso.

The free-ride-home program is aimed at offering a safe and convenient post-game travel option for fans. Regular fares will apply for all Broad Street Line travel to the game and for trips to and from other stations.
