Graduate Post Acute in Philadelphia Welcomes State Representative Jared G. Solomon for Tour

PHILADELPHIA – Graduate Post Acute was pleased to welcome State Representative Jared G. Solomon for a tour of the Philadelphia skilled nursing center. Representative Solomon, who serves as the chair of the Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness Committee, took time to visit with staff and talk with a Graduate resident, who is a military veteran.

Representative Solomon (third from right) is pictured during his tour with Graduate’s leadership and colleagues from Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports the center, including (L-R) Chris Mahoney, Joseph DeMattos, Zach Feldman, Celeste Foltz and Michael D'Adamo. Located at 1526 Lombard St., Graduate provides post-hospital care, short-term rehab and long-term residential care.
