Greater Philadelphia Gas Prices Up 94 Cents From A Year Ago: AAA
In greater Philly and across Pennsylvania, gas prices have gone up six cents in the last week and more than 90 cents in the last year.

GREATER PHILADELPHIA, PA — Feeling squeezed at the pump lately? You're definitely not alone. Gas prices nationwide are, on average, the highest they have been since 2014, data from AAA shows.
The U.S. national gas price average rose to $3.26 per gallon at the end of last week, according to AAA. At this time last year, the national average was $2.18 per gallon, a news release from AAA said.
Pennsylvania prices averaged $3.39 per gallon, which is 13 cents above the national average. This price is 91 cents higher than at this time last year.

Data from AAA shows prices in the greater Philadelphia area are about at the state average. Drivers in the five-county area pay $3.38 per gallon, 94 cents more than at this time last year.
In Philly and Pennsylvania as a whole, prices have gone up six cents in the last week, according to AAA.

The price of crude oil is $79.35 per barrel, AAA reported.
