Gunman Sought After Shooting Man On Scooter In Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police said the shooting occurred at about 11:20 p.m. July 20 at 21st and Diamond street. The victim is in stable condition.

PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for assistance finding the person who shot at a man riding a scooter last week.

The shooting occurred at about 11:20 p.m. July 20 at 21st and Diamond streets.

Police said the person above was wearing a mask when they fired multiple shots at a man riding a motorized scooter.

The man was hit on the left side of his body, but was able to get himself to a hospital.

Police said he is in stable condition.

The suspect is described as a black man with a dark complexion who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black sneakers, and black sunglasses.
