Help ID John Doe Patient At Jefferson Health
Jefferson Health said an unidentified man with no documentation or evidence of his identity came to Jefferson Frankford Hospital on July 24.

PHILADELPHIA — Health care officials are asking for the public's help in identifying a John Doe patient.
According to Jefferson Health, an unidentified man came to Jefferson Frankford Hospital and was transferred to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital on July 24.
Jefferson Health is asking for help in identifying this patient because he had no documentation or evidence of his identity with him or in his possession.

The patient is described as an African American male between 40 and 50 years old.
He is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

The man has brown eyes and black hair with a small amount of gray in small, long braids.
His ears are pierced, and he has a black mole above his left knee.
