Hit-And-Run Kills Man Outside Philadelphia Gentleman's Club

A 28-year-old man was fatally struck by a man who was driving a white Dodge Durango with tinted windows early Sunday morning, police said.

PHILADELPHIA — A man died after being struck by a vehicle that drove off outside a Philadelphia gentleman's club early Sunday morning, according to police.

The incident occurred at about 3:20 a.m. outside Sin City Gentleman's Club at 61st Street and Passyunk Avenue.

Police were called to the area for a report of a crash, and upon arrival found a 28-year-old man lying in the road.

According to police, the man got into an argument with another man who was driving a white Dodge Durango with tinted windows.

Police said the victim went up to the vehicle and stood in front of it before the driver accelerated, striking the victim.

The man was dragged about 100 feet and the vehicle drove off, police said.

He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 4:04 a.m.

A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in connection with this incident.
