Hit-And-Run Kills Woman In Philadelphia Sunday: Reports

PHILADELPHIA — A woman was fatally struck by a vehicle that sped off Sunday evening in North Philadelphia, according to reports.

The deadly crash occurred at about 7:36 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of North 5th Street and West Indiana Avenue, Fox 29 reports.

A 42-year-old woman was struck by a silver Hyundai Sonata that was speeding and driving recklessly, according to Action News.

The woman was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead and the occupants of the Hyundai ran from the area, NBC10 reports.
