Homicide, Kidnapping Suspects Sought By Philly Police, FBI
Two men seen here are sought in connection with a June abduction. Authorities said the body of the abductee was found in Maryland recently.
PHILADELPHIA – Two men are wanted in connection with a homicide and kidnapping incident that occurred in June in North Philadelphia.
According to Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit and the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, the men depicted above are being sought in connection with an investigation into an abduction.
Police said skeletal remains believed to be the victim, Luis Alejandro Chueder Ramon, were recently recovered in Maryland, authorities said. The body was bound and foul play is suspected, according to authorities.

Investigators identified several people of interest with cross-state and international ties in this investigation, but are seeking the public's help in identifying several additional people of interest that are depicted in this video.
Both males observed in the surveillance video are described as African American males and may have ties to the Philadelphia and/or Norristown areas. The males were last observed leaving the 2000 block of Orkney Street in a late model blue Volkswagen Passat.
