Homicide Suspect In Custody After Barricade Situation: Police
A man wanted for homicide was taken into custody Monday after he barricaded himself in a North Philadelphia home, police said.
PHILADELPHIA — A reported homicide suspect is in custody after a barricade situation in Philadelphia Monday.
Philadelphia Police Monday morning announced a barricade situation at a private home on the 6900 block of Old York Road.
The person at the center of the incident is a 64-year-old man who was wanted for homicide, police said.

Authorities at 2:50 p.m. said the suspect was taken into custody just before noon without further incident.
