Insomnia Cookies Opening Old City Location
If you find yourself in Old City and craving a sweet treat, you'll soon be able to get Insomnia's sugary snacks.
PHILADELPHIA – If you find yourself in Old City and in need of a sugary boost, you won't have to look further than 31 S. 2nd St. relatively soon: Insomnia Cookies is planning to open its sixth location there.
The new location is set to open in the summer and will feature lots of options popular among the late-night snacker crowd.
While the exact opening date hasn't been confirmed by the company, nor have the new location's hours, Insomnia's shops are usually open from 10 a.m. to 2 a..m during the week and from noon to 3 a.m. on weekends.

Not only will Old City see an Insomnia Cookie location, West Chester will as well, which is fitting considering the business known for delivering cookies into the wee hours of the night was founded by college kids right here in Philadelphia.
