PHILADELPHIA — As Pennsylvania prepares for Election Day Tuesday, Kamala Harris will be in Philadelphia in an effort to secure more crucial Pennsylvania votes.
Harris, along with her husband Doug Emhoff, will host a drive-in rally Monday in Philadelphia.
The couple will be joined by singer and University of Pennsylvania graduate John Legend.
