PHILADELPHIA — As Pennsylvania prepares for Election Day Tuesday, Kamala Harris will be in Philadelphia in an effort to secure more crucial Pennsylvania votes.

Harris, along with her husband Doug Emhoff, will host a drive-in rally Monday in Philadelphia.

The couple will be joined by singer and University of Pennsylvania graduate John Legend.

The Keystone State is a key battleground state with 20 electoral votes.

Biden and President Donald Trump have been heavily campaigning in Pennsylvania, which Trump flipped in 2016.

In the 2016 election, the state was decided by about 44,000 votes.

Trump was the first Republican presidential candidate to win Pennsylvania since George H.W. Bush in 1988.
