PHILADELPHIA, PA. (April 10, 2026) –Toastmasters District 38 invites individuals from Eastern Pennsylvania and Central and Southern New Jersey to attend its Final Annual Spring Conference, taking place April 24–26, 2026, at the Live! Casino & Hotel in Philadelphia.

The countdown is on for a landmark moment in Toastmasters District 38 history. As the district prepares for its transition into a new district in July 2026, members, leaders, and guests will gather for a weekend dedicated to connection, learning, recognition, and celebration. This year’s theme, “Fearlessly Forward,” honors the district’s legacy of transformation while embracing its bold step into the future.

As the final official conference in District 38’s journey, the event will feature powerful keynote presentations, immersive educational workshops, leadership development sessions, heartfelt tributes, and memorable celebrations recognizing more than seven decades of service and impact.

The featured keynote speaker will be Melissa McGavick, DTM, Past International Director and Strategic Leadership Advisor. Her keynote, From Volunteer to Visionary: Leveling Up to Think Like a District Leader, will share insights on leadership growth, strategic thinking, and the evolution from volunteer service to visionary leadership.
