Lay's Chips Launching Geno's-Inspired Philly Cheesesteak Flavor
The new "Lay's Flavor Icons" chips features a Geno's Steaks-inspired Philly cheesteak chip, along with other popular inspired flavors.

PHILADELPHIA — Geno's Steaks is a staple in Philadelphia, drawing thousands of tourists each year to sample an authentic "Philly cheesesteak." And now, the taste of the South Philly icon will be available nationwide, but in a different form.
Lay's recently announced a new line of chip flavors called "Lay's Flavor Icons."
Among the new flavors is a Geno's-inspired cheesesteak chip.

In addition to the cheesteak chips, the new flavors include Nashville hot chicken, New York style pizza, carnitas street taco, and chile relleno, all inspired by staple restaurants in their own regions.

Action news reports in addition to the new flavor line, Lay's is donating $25,000 to each of the five businesses for coronavirus relief efforts.
