PHILADELPHIA — A few major highways in Philadelphia are still closed due to flooding from Hurricane Ida's remnants two days later, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, Interstate 676 (the Vine Street Expressway) is still closed in both directions.
However, a small portion of the eastbound 676 is open. That section is between Broad Street (Route 611) and Interstate 95.
