Man Fatally Struck By Amtrak Train In Philadelphia

A man who was not identified by police was killed after being struck by an Amtrak train Saturday night in Northeast Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA — A man was fatally struck by an Amtrak train over the weekend in Philadelphia.

Police said the deadly incident unfolded at about 9:43 p.m. Saturday at Harbison Avenue and Bridge Street.

The train was heading south when it struck the man, who was not identified by police.

He was pronounced dead at 10:13 p.m., police said.
