Man On Scooter Groping Women Near Temple University

Temple University Police issued an alert of a man riding a scooter who has been inappropriately touching women in the area of the school.

PHILADELPHIA — Temple University Police are warning the community of a man who has been inappropriately touching women.

Police said on Twitter Tuesday evening to be on the lookout a man riding a scooter who been involved in three incidents of inappropriately touching women.

The incidents occurred at about 8:53 p.m. Monday at 1400 Polett Walk, the evening of Sept. 21 on 15th Street, and the evening of Sept. 22 on 16th Street.

The man was described as black, 20 to 30 years old, wearing dark clothes, a mask, and boots, while on an election scooter.

Police urged the community to use security officers on bicycles to accompany walking students.
