A 21-year-old man was shot once in his left shin at 30th and Market Streets early Thursday night, Philadelphia Police said.
PHILADELPHIA — A man was shot Thursday night in Philadelphia, police said.
A 21-year-old man was shot once in his left shin on the highway near 30th and Market streets, police said.
He was taken to a hospital, where he is in stable condition.
