Man Smashed Vehicle Windows In Philadelphia: Police

PHILADELPHIA — A man was caught on camera smashing windshields of several vehicles in Philadelphia recently.

Video captured the man smashing the windshields of several cars on the 900 and 1000 blocks of Spruce Street at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

The suspect was described as a white male with a beard and mustache who was wearing a dark hat, light color hooded sweatshirt, light color pants and black, red and white sneakers, and carrying a dark backpack.
