Man Sought After Armed Robberies At 3 Philadelphia Businesses
Philadelphia Police said the armed robberies occurred at a ShopRite, a Dunkin', and a Boston Market throughout the day Saturday.
PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia Police have released information on what they said is a pattern of gunpoint robberies in the city.
The pattern began with an incident at 9:09 a.m. Saturday at a ShopRite on the 5500 block of Tulip Street.
Police said the suspect pulled a gun at the store's service desk and demanded money from the register.

The man drove off in a gold Chrysler Town & Country minivan.
In this incident, authorities said the suspect was a black man who was wearing a gray North Face sweatshirt, Yankees cap, gray pants, sneakers, black-rimmed glasses, and armed with a black handgun.

Then at about 11:27 a.m. at Dunkin' on the 5000 block of Rising Sun Boulevard, police believe the same man robbed the store of $800.
Authorities said the man showed a black handgun in his waistband and demanded money.
He was described as a black man, about 40 years old, who was wearing a Yankees cap, black face mask, gray North Face hoodie, gray pants, and gray sneakers.
Then, a robbery occurred at Boston Market on the 6300 block of Roosevelt Boulevard at about 4:20 p.m.
According to police, the man, also believed to be the same as the two other incidents, went into the business and placed an order. Then, when the cashier opened the register, the man announced a robbery.
Police said he pulled out a handgun from his waistband and made off with $500.
He was described as a black man who was wearing a Yankees cap, black surgical mask, black shirt, armed with a black firearm.
